Selects the amount of time that the radio's Rotary
switch, displays and keypad
lights remain illuminated once the radio-user presses the 
Light / Flip (Display) button.
This feature also applies
to the display light on the Display Remote Speaker Microphone (DRSM)
accessory. Time is in seconds. This selection applies on a radio-wide
basis. See also
